Custom development work proceeds in structured milestones. Clients review and approve deliverables at each stage prior to milestone acceptance.

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the irreversible nature of downloadable software code, purchases are non-refundable unless a verified defect exists that our engineering team cannot rectify within standard support terms.
